Please send us:

A copy of the passport/driver's license of all property owners
A document to prove that you own the property (Title Deed/Mortgage Statement)
A list of your local recommended suppliers
An up to date copy of the property's Gas Certificate and Boiler Service (if applicable)
Your bank details

Documents we need...

Please send us the following:

A copy of the passport/driver's license of all property owners; and
A document to prove you are the landlord

Some details we need to know...

Please provide us with answers to the following questions:

When is the property available from?
Are there any tenant criteria that we need to be aware of? E.g. Pets, students, DSS or sharers acceptable?
Does your property have disabled access?
What is the minimum term (months)?
Is the property furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished?

All offers are to be communicated through RentMyHome.co.uk.

Once an offer is accepted:

RentMyHome.co.uk can conduct a full tenant referencing application on all tenants over the age of 18.
RentMyHome.co.uk can also conduct a comprehensive inventory of the premises, along with a formal check-in upon move-in date.

Once these three steps have been completed, your property will launch to the market within 24 working hours!

Please note, a member of our Account Management team will need to have a short conversation with you to ensure you are happy with the process prior to going live.
